The procession is a fantastic spectacle to open the Carnival and we’re looking for schools, organisations, and community groups to take part!

The 2020 Birchwood Carnival will take place on Sunday 7th June in Birchwood Forest Park!
Sponsoring the Carnival is an excellent way to promote your business – if you are interested in raising your profile at the biggest annual community event in Birchwood please contact us! Your company logo will feature on all promotional material and will be announced on the PA system at the event. There’s also the opportunity to take a stall at the Carnival and engage with the thousand of residents who attend the event every year!

The Carnival Committee
A reminder that there is parking for blue badge holders only at the Forest Park for tomorrow’s Carnival.
If possible please walk to the event but if you must drive there is free parking available on Birchwood Park, only a ten minute walk from the event. If you drive to the Forest Park and you are not a blue badge holder you will be directed to the main car park – download the map from the link below:
Dave the Ranger has requested all volunteers for the Carnival to meet at the Forest Park Ranger Centre at 9am on Sunday morning for briefing.
A reminder of the headline main arena acts at your Carnival on Sunday afternoon…
…plus free attractions including a climbing wall, gladiator joust, rodeo bull, Ranger Rob’s Animal Experience and more!
There’s also Silcock’s Funfair (charges apply) and a range of food vendors and stalls to browse!
Entry to Sunday’s Carnival is free and here are some of the activities provided free of charge for you to enjoy!
